AIIMS Panel has shares his findings to the CBI, the Investigators in Shushant’s case

Shushant Singh Rajput, a young and dynamic actor who was found dead in his Mumbai flat on 14th June this year. As per the Mumbai police, it was a case of suicide but still, there was speculation that it could be murder too.

The prestigious hospital AIIMS has submitted their finding to the investigator on the death of actor Sushant Singh Rajput. In the AIIMS a panel was constituted to study the autopsy and viscera headed by Dr. Sudhir Gupta.

A meeting was held yesterday, in which the AIIMS has submitted his findings to the CBI and the findings of the AIIMS panel have collaborated with the findings of CBI over the last 40 days. -Sources said.

The findings of AIIMS will be taken as expert opinion in this case and doctors would be prosecution witnesses.

On the 25th of Sept. this year, Sushant’s advocate tweeted that

Getting frustrated by the delay in CBI taking a decision to convert abetment to suicide to Murder of SSR. The Doctor who is part of AIIMS team had told me long back that the photos sent by me indicated 200% that it’s death by strangulation and not suicide. Vikas Singh, Advocate

He claimed that the doctors had been shared his findings with him.

Rhea Chakraborty was accused by Sushant’s family that she was mentally harassed and exploited for money. She is the prime suspect in this mystery. Her bail was rejected by the court earlier and she is accused by the Narcotics Control Bureau to supplying drugs to Shushant Singh Rajput.
