An FIR has been lost against three people including television Queen Ekta Kapoor for spreading obscenity and insulting national symbols. This FIR on Ekta Kapoor has been registered for the telecast web series on the OTT platform alt Balaji. Satish Kumar Dwivedi in charge of Annapurna police station Indore Madhya Pradesh said that the FIR was on the complaint of local residents Valmik Sakragaye and Neeraj Yagnik along with section 294 obscenity and 298 of IPC hurting religious sentiments information technology. under the provision of the act under state emblem of India prohibition of improper use at it has been registered on Friday night. Ekta Kapoor has been accused of spreading vulgarity in society and hurting religious sentiments of a particular community through the season 2 of web series the Triple x on the (over-the-top) OTT platform alt Balaji. According to the station in-charge, the complaint also alleges that in one view of the web series the national emblem has been insulted by presenting the Indian army uniform in a very objectionable manner. A detailed investigation in the case is going on.
Earlier the confederation of the Ex Parliamentary force welfare association had a complaint to the president about this.
